Summary Reports by Economic Status and Ethnicity
These summary reports provide information on the students who passed the English-language arts (ELA) or mathematics portion of the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) in grade 10 by economic status and ethnicity from 2004 through 2012. The data are based on test results from the CAHSEE. The test content areas displayed on these reports include:
- English-language arts
- Mathematics

You may compare the percentage of students in each ethnic group and economic status within a district or county who passed the ELA or math portion of the CAHSEE.

The tables are in Excel format. You may use the drop-down menus to select the desired county and district.
Economically disadvantaged is defined as eligible to participate in free or reduced-price lunch, or the parent education level was coded as “not high school graduate”. In order to protect student confidentiality, no results are reported for any group of 10 or fewer students.
